We dispatch product samples for your inspection and approval. Samples can be customized with your branding where applicable. Only after approval do we proceed to production.
After payment confirmation (30% advance), we begin production and custom packaging. Regular production updates and factory photos are shared with you throughout this phase.
Every order undergoes pre-shipment inspection. Third-party SGS/Bureau Veritas inspection is available upon request. Quality report and photos shared before final dispatch.
